| To access these newsgroups, you need to have them available through your
Internet Services Provider. There are more than 100,000 different newsgroups
on the Usenet. No one single Internet Services Provider can afford to keep
up with all of them. A good ISP may keep some 40,000 different groups .
If a specific group is not on the list of your Internet Services Provider,
you may request your Internet Services Provider to subscribe.

Use Opera, the Ferrari of Internet browsers!
Opera has an incorporated newsreader. |
| If your Internet Services Provider cannot give a satisfactory
USENET service, you may access the USENET through some of the OPEN/FREE
NEWS SERVERS:
You may download
and use NEWS
HUNTER, a free utility to search the Internet for the News server
that delivers the newsgroup you need. It may be too much of the head and
too little of the beer, though.

You may learn some basics about the USENET and get access to some
of newsgroups (and search for postings by keywords) at
Google. Recently Google purchased more than 10 years
of news archives from DejaNews and now provides an improved search
engine. |
