The Even Function of Fachisme

I like the word "Fachisme", which is a misspelling of the well known Italian word, and carries a specific message.

"Faché" in French means "angry" and the people of that kind are always angry at something.

But I hate the phenomenon implied with this word. Later, I may tell you more...

Anyway, there are different flavors in Fachisme, sometimes seemingly different and conflicting. But are they, in essence? (Please, this is a rethoric question)

We all remember that old Kommunist song, The March of Enthusiasts, "We are born to turn a fairy tale into reality*) ..." I heard some references that this song had been copy-catted from another, German song and recently found the original.

The tune was the same but set in minor, the words were pathetic and very good for an amateur (who he had been) author. But the meaning was quite ominous when you thought about what had been behind these words.

This famous song that became the anthem of the National Socialist Worker's Party of Germany, Horst Wessel Lied, has been frequently and absolutely improperly quoted by Soviet and Russian authors.

Then I made a very simple change of the sign -- replaced "brown" with "red", and read it again. And nothing changed! I do not think that any Soviet Kommunist will be offended with the unchanged meaning of the text and many millions would sign under that, even now. I am sorry.

Those who are curious enough may click here and see the modified text (the substitutios are clearly marked)

Here I think again about the guy who prevented the United States from singing such songs (and eventually the whole world). Many people dislike him, say he was undemocratic, used totalitarian methods. But this is how a vaccine works, it is a controlled infection, it may be painful but it prevents the real disease. Oh yes, the guy's name is J. Edgar. His was a major contribution to the cause of the Free World!

People, do not sing such songs in Russia anymore!
And in other countries, either!

*) Lately, I heard a modified version of this Soviet march that read:
"We are born to turn a fairy tale into Apocalypse"
implying the Star Wormwood, Rev. [8:10-11], Wormwood meaning Chernobyl, in Ukrainian

Incidentally, I was flying over Chernobyl when it blew up, on my way to meet the man who had helped me open my eyes with gifting me a book by C. S. Lewis.

Thank you, Jan! Actually now I am checking this reference with the white living book you gave me the next day.
